All work produced under this CONTRACT shall be the property of the AoD. All documents including, but not limited to, reproducible copies of tracings, drawings, estimates, field notes, investigations, design analysis and studies which are prepared in the performance of the creation of the WORK are to be and remain the property of AoD and can be shared once project is realized.
